Personal Assistance Service
Tried and True assist with every day activities such as bathing, eating, dressing, supervision, medication reminders, and so much more! We support the patient to take care of those and many other things in the comfort of their own home. Through our dedicated professional nurses, your loved one will receive care customized to enhance their wellness and quality of life.
How does it work? Just call (210) 305-4961. We will come out and develop a customized home care plan that meets your loved one's needs with one or more of the following personal care services.
Home and Health Care Services
With a referral from your primary care physician or specialist, we will assess the patient to develop a plan of care. We are licensed by the state of Texas (DADS) and Accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Partners (CHAP). This demonstrates that Tried and True Home Care Services meets the industry's highest nationally recognized standards.

This service provides individualized services and support to persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDDs). "IDD" is the term often used to describe situations in which intellectual disability and other disabilities are present. The support we provide the individual with IDD is to live as independent in the community. This is done by supporting a person to live with family, in their own home, or in other community settings, such as a small group home.
